CG 7 is mechanically extremely resilient, water-resistant and can be used in a wide

temperature range in plain and roller bearings as well as at demanding lubrication points.It is very suitable for bearings with high sliding friction; for example in tapered, cylindrical, barrel and spherical roller bearings. It is particularly suitable for dusty and wet environments. CG 7 ensures excellent sealing and durability. The high-performance grease can be used for the lubrication of heavily loaded vehicles as well as construction and agricultural machinery.

How it works

CG 7 contains the proven high-performance ceramics. Under load, ceramic particles smoothen roughness peaks depths. Friction is reduced and the load-bearing capacity is increased. The ceramic reduces lubrication volumes significantly and extends lubrication

intervals. CG 7 is suitable for automatic lubrication systems and can be easily conveyed through long lines. Excellent emergency lubrication is guaranteed at all times.

grease. It is applicable with industrial machinery & facilities in food, animal feed and pharma industry.

FG 8 is mechanically and thermally resilient and water-resistant. The grease is particularly suitable for plain and roller bearings and withstands demanding operating conditions in production and packaging machines, ventilators, electric motors and pumps. In dusty and wet environments, Ostermayer FG 8 ensures excellent sealing and durability.

 

How it works

Ostermayer FG 8 complies with the requirements for greases according, is odorless and tasteless and facilitates compliance with the hygiene regulations according to LMV / HACCP. The grease is MOSH / MOAH free. The ceramic particles smoothen roughness peaks under load. Rough depths are smoothed out, friction is reduced and the load-bearing capacity is increased. WG 100 water-resistant ceramic grease

Durable and water-resistant WG 100 ceramic grease from Ostermayer.

WG 100 is a high-performance lubricating grease with an excellent pressure absorption capacity. It is resistant to salt water and can be used for applications with long lubrication intervals. CWG 100 is ideal for high-stress plain and roller bearings, as well as being suitable for lubricating high-stress joints, tie rods, lifting gear guideways, tracks and slideways, flexible shafts, water pumps, bearing points, and components in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, cranes and forklifts.

How it works

Designed for extreme conditions, WG 100 contains our patented micro-ceramic lubricating compound (MKG). Friction is reduced, and load-bearing capacity dramatically increased. The product’s longevity extends lubrication intervals by several factors, enhances functional reliability, and cuts maintenance costs. Product description

CO 100 is a specialised supplement for all mineral, synthetic or semi-synthetic motor oils on the market – a product of the future for the drivers of today. CO 100 makes driving quieter, more economical and more comfortable, while increasing durability and respecting the environment.

 

How it works

CO 100 can be added to any type of engine – petrol, diesel, Wankel, gas, and especially turbo engines due to its lubricity at temperatures up to 1,100°C. Engine friction is reduced by up to 50%, which translates to increased performance and decreased consumption. Motor oil carries MKG micro-particles to every part of the engine where friction can occur. When this happens, CO 100 forms protective lubricating deposits inside the engine. This also allows the engine to run more easily, as the micro-ceramic coating produces extremely low friction coefficients which enable higher engine output and fuel savings.
